It works fine, I guess, but for the price, I was expecting a lot more. The quality just doesn’t really match what they’re charging. Feels like one of those “fancy little rip-off” situations where the product shows up acting premium, but delivers average results. kind of disappointing

The product itself was fine, but the support was disappointing. I had a simple question about the fit, and because the replies took so long, I ended up stuck waiting around. When they finally answered, it sounded like a copy-paste response, so it didn’t really solve my issue. I had to figure most of it out on my own. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but after buying from them, I expected better help.

Right out of the box, I had a good feeling about it. All the parts were there, nothing was missing, and it went on easily without any hassle.

The site was easy enough to use, honestly. I found the heat shield size quickly, which was nice. Checkout on my phone made me pause for a second, but it wasn’t a big deal. Got through it fine.

It said it would fit, but it didn’t really work for me...

I’ve had this for years now, it’s been one of those things I barely have to think about because it just works. No issues so far, and to me that says a lot about how dependable it is.

I ordered this heat shield expecting something a little sturdier, but right out of the box I was like, how is this okay? The material feels thin and kind of floppy, not at all what I had in mind. It does fit, but not perfectly, and it just doesn’t give me much confidence that it’s going to hold up.

After only a few uses, I’m already seeing creases, and the edges look a bit rough too. Maybe it still works for now, but for the price, I expected something that felt more durable and better made.

Packaging was decent too, nothing was bent up or missing when it got here. I also liked that order details were clear, so it was easy to check what I bought.

I’m giving 4 stars only because shipping took little longer than I expected. But as far as getting correct part, they did good.

Put it on my windshield and it looks really clean. It fits well, and the edges don’t have that cheap, flimsy look. I haven’t had it on long enough to speak for long-term use, obviously, but first impression is definitely a good one.

They eventually answered my question, and the product info made sense once they got back to me. Nothing awful, just not the quickest customer service experience either

Just a heads up for anyone ordering, I had to send mine back because the fit wasn’t right. The return process itself wasn’t hard, but the refund took longer than I expected. Customer support did eventually get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Not the worst experience, but if you need your money back fast, be aware it might take a while.

I’ve had this heat shield for a little while now, it seems solid. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting the material to feel as thick as it does, but it definitely has a tougher build than I figured. The stitching and edges are still holding up well, and I haven’t noticed any cracks or weak spots so far. For what it is, I’d say it feels like a fair value.

I picked this up for my truck because the dash was getting ridiculously hot in the afternoons, especially after sitting in the sun. It took a few days to arrive, but once it got here, the fit was right and the install was straightforward.

To me, the difference is obvious. The cab still warms up like any vehicle will, but it doesn’t feel like it’s baking inside anymore, and the AC seems to cool things down much faster. For what I needed, I’m happy with it
